"Challenges bring out the best in you. At East London College I have been given the opportunity to find my strengths and improve on my weaknesses.
I have been refined by the challenges that will present me with future opportunities. I have had tremendous encouragement and inspiration from lecturers and friends.
I look forward to the future with confidence in the knowledge that hard work reaps rich rewards, the very philosophy promoted here at East London College.
The students, academic staff and lecturers have been very professional in their respective roles and that makes attending classes a delightful experience."

The BSc (Hons) in Computing will be run in three semesters. In each of the first two semesters, 3 courses will be run and the students will be allowed to take the final project in the final and third semester so that she has been exposed to all 6 courses which will naturally entail her to come out with a suitable idea for her final project.
Each course is academically equated to 15 credits and the project (Computing) to 30 credits.
Teaching and Learning
In the BSc (Hons) in Computing variety of learning and teaching support is provided for our courses including lectures, tutorials, tests, supervised laboratory sessions, work-based learning and project work.
Project work is particularly useful for developing employability skills such as the ability to work independently and to plan, design, document and implement software projects to real-time standards. You will also develop analytical and management skills.
Each student is allocated with a personal mentor to support the needs, both academic and personal, of the student at a one-on-one basis if preferred as a measure of pastoral care.
Methods of Assessment
While most courses will be assessed by a combination of examination and courseworks a few will be evaluated purely based on courseworks only. The coursework specification will be found in the university website and the completed one should be uploaded on the server for marking.
The academic responsibilities will be taken by the University of Greenwich while the day-to-day operations and all administrative issues will be taken care of by
East London College wherein the classroom lectures and learning will take place.
The Examinations are held at the end of each semester for each course studied.
