ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
Institute of Administrative Management (IAM) is perceived by many as an exam
board with a fresh and original approach. The course content reflects the exam
board’s ethos that information is central to the effective running of any
organisation. The lowest level of this course is equivalent to a management and
administration NVQ level 4, and is widely recognised as a valuable asset.
